Thanks to the integration of internal research, latest-generation <strong>CNC rolling machines<\/strong>, and high-quality rolling tools, we are able to achieve excellent results, even without subsequent grinding.<br><br>The products obtained through pure rolling forming are the ideal solution for applications that require <strong>medium-quality standards<\/strong>, where cost optimization is essential <strong>without compromising the functional reliability<\/strong> of the system.<br><br>For applications requiring <strong>high-quality standards<\/strong>, rolling forming is a <strong>precursor to grinding<\/strong>, but still more economical than material removal processes.    <\/p><p>At Montesi, we have established a dedicated <strong>technical team<\/strong> focused on the study, feasibility assessment, and development of rolled worm screws, with the goal of offering a technologically advanced alternative to traditional components produced through
